I bought Salomon shoes and used them about 20 times by walking on urban asphalt. Despite this light usage, tears appeared in the inner lining fabric of the shoes, which should not happen with a high-quality product. On January 4, 2025, I requested an exchange from the 'Kasaba' store in İzmir. The company sent the shoes to Salomon for review, but on January 16, 2024, my request was rejected with the claim that there was no production error. I deeply regret purchasing this product. I plan to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and request a refund for my money. I hope no one else has to go through this experience.
