Salomon X Ultra 4 Wears Out in 2 Months – Poor Durability for the Price

I purchased the Salomon X Ultra 4 less than two months ago, and I’m extremely disappointed with its quality. Despite being marketed as a durable outdoor shoe, the fabric has already shown significant wear. Surprisingly, some unbranded shoes have lasted me longer. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and durability from Salomon. When I contacted customer service, they dismissed the issue as “user error” and refused to take responsibility. I find it unacceptable that an outdoor shoe would wear out this quickly. I would like Salomon to reevaluate their warranty and address this issue, as the product does not live up to the expectations set by its brand or price.
