I Face Upper Tear On Salomon Alphacross 5 Within 10 Months

I purchased the Salomon Alphacross 5 and within 10 months, the upper part near my left little toe tore apart. I expected much higher durability from such a well-known brand. I immediately contacted Salomon support via email, but it has been six days and I have not received any response. This is extremely disappointing for a brand that presents itself as premium quality.

The premature wear on this shoe has affected my outdoor activities and caused unnecessary financial strain, as I now need to replace a product that should have lasted much longer. I demand a replacement product or a full refund for the defective pair.
