My Salomon Ultra 4 Gore-Tex Shoes Fell Apart Quickly

I bought a pair of Salomon Ultra 4 Gore-Tex shoes from Amazon.com, expecting quality and durability—especially since this model is marketed as a high-performance outdoor product. But unfortunately, my experience has been the exact opposite.

Despite wearing the shoes only occasionally, the stitching has come apart, and the overall structure is falling apart far too quickly for a product at this price point. These shoes have clearly not lived up to their promises and are nowhere near the durability standards that the Salomon brand is supposed to represent.

I tried reaching out for assistance and support, but no one offered help or a solution. That adds to the disappointment, especially when you expect a premium brand to back up its products with responsive customer service. This product absolutely does not justify its cost and fails to deliver on even the most basic quality expectations.
