As a frequent flyer, I was looking forward to my upcoming flight with bated breath. It was a dream come true until my health began to deteriorate as a result of an illness. I contacted Ryanair and informed them of my situation, as well as the fact that I would be unable to take my OE5T8Z reservation flight. I requested a refund using the formula 08.01.2023, 19.14. Unfortunately, my request was denied, and I did not receive my refund. Ryanair does not offer any other means of communication or decision-making in such cases. This is a major issue for a European airline that claims to be customer-focused. I'm feeling betrayed and disheartened. Ryanair has taken away my travel dream without regard for my financial situation. I strongly disagree with their decision and urge them to reconsider their refund policy. It's past time for them to recognize how important these decisions are to their customers and take them seriously. Nobody should have to go through something like this. I want my money back.
