I Face Nearly One-Year Delay from AirHelp on Ryanair Flight Compensation Claim
On September 13, 2024, I flew with Ryanair, and my flight was delayed by about 3.5 hours. The next day, on September 14, 2024, I submitted a compensation claim through AirHelp, and I was given the claim number 5227538.
Now, almost one year later, I still have not received any resolution from AirHelp. Each time I reach out, I get the same generic reply: “We are waiting for a response from the airline.” No progress updates, no clear timeline, and no real information about my case have been provided.
This lack of transparency and excessive delay is unacceptable. I am requesting that AirHelp process my claim immediately, provide a clear explanation for why the case has been delayed for nearly a year, and deliver a proper solution without further excuses.
