eDreams Unauthorized Monthly Charges on My Credit Card – No Refund Given

In September 2023, I was planning to book a flight to Antalya and visited the E Dreams website. However, upon entering the site, I immediately received a virus warning, and my computer froze. I had to restart my computer, and due to the security concern, I never visited the website again. I never purchased a ticket, placed an order, or made any payment through E Dreams. Additionally, I never received any emails, messages, or confirmations from them.
Fast forward to January 2025, I noticed E Dreams has been charging my credit card 8.90 CHF every month—a total of 16 times, amounting to 142.40 CHF. I contacted them six times, but every response was a generic refusal stating, “Sorry, we cannot refund you.” No explanation was given.
I am outraged by this fraudulent behavior. E Dreams is not operating under fair European business standards. I demand an immediate refund for these unauthorized transactions and a proper explanation for this unethical practice.
