If Ryanair refuses to refund a canceled flight, first review their cancellation and refund policies on Ryanair's Help Center (https://help.ryanair.com/).
According to EU Regulation 261/2004, passengers have the right to a refund or rerouting for flights canceled by the airline unless they are notified at least 14 days in advance.
Gather any essential documents, such as your booking confirmation and any cancellation notices.
Contact Ryanair's customer service by emailing at [email protected], clearly outlining your situation and asking a refund.
Attach all supporting documents and preserve a record of your communications. Use Ryanair's live chat or contact number for your location on their official website under the Help Centre for faster updates.
