KLM Refunded Only $157.80 from My $416.20 Ticket – Unfair Cancellation Policy

I want to share my negative experience with KLM Airlines. I had to cancel my December 8, 2024 flight (Reservation Code: L9EAPM, Ticket Number: 0742114984034), for which I paid a total of $416.20. Despite not using any services, I was informed that only $157.80 would be refunded. This is incredibly unfair, as I believe I am entitled to a larger refund since the flight was not utilized in any way. I feel KLM's refund policy lacks transparency and is unjust toward customers. I request an urgent review of my case and a proper refund for the unused ticket. I hope KLM will address this issue promptly to maintain customer trust.
