I’ve been playing Royal Match regularly and truly enjoy the game, but now I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. While joking around with a close friend in the chat, I received a few automated “inappropriate word” warnings. I wasn’t harassing anyone, and there were no complaints made against me—yet out of nowhere, I got hit with a full device ban.
Now I’m completely locked out of chat and social features, even though I’ve invested so much time and effort into this game. I wasn’t being malicious, just having a friendly exchange, and now I’m being punished without a proper explanation or review.
This feels completely unfair. I’m asking the Royal Match team—just once—to lift the device ban. I care about the game and don’t want my hard work to go to waste. Please help me restore access to my account and allow me to continue enjoying the game with friends.
