About a month ago, while playing Royal Match on my Android device, I received a team ban even though I did nothing wrong. My in-game username is 3SP8V7Y9, and my team’s name is bir gece masalı. The issue started when the newly assigned team leader tried to remove another member but accidentally removed me instead. As a result, I was unfairly banned from my team.

I immediately contacted customer support, and they assured me that the situation would be corrected. However, despite waiting patiently, no solution has been provided so far. I have not taken any additional actions since the incident, yet my account has remained banned for about a month. As a player who regularly spends money in the game, this unfair ban has caused me both financial and emotional frustration.
