I Got a Royal Match Device Ban While Chatting and Lost All Access to Social Features
I’m writing to express my frustration with Royal Match after suddenly receiving a device ban for no clear reason. I was simply chatting with a friend during gameplay when a message popped up saying, “Your chat access has been blocked,” and right after that, I found out that my entire device was banned from the chat feature. I have absolutely no idea why this happened.
What’s even more frustrating is that I can still play the game itself, but I’m now completely cut off from all social interaction in the game. I can’t chat, I can’t participate in team conversations, and I can’t communicate with other players—all because of a device-level ban I don’t deserve.
I’ve spent a lot of time and effort building my account and contributing to the game. This unexpected and unjustified restriction is completely unfair. I kindly ask the Royal Match team to urgently review my case and remove the device ban. Please fix this—it's affecting the enjoyment of a game I once loved.
