I Got Banned from Royal Match Chat on My Device Without Warning

I’m extremely disappointed with what just happened on Royal Match. While I was chatting with a friend during a game, I suddenly received a message saying my chat access had been blocked. Then I found out that my entire device had been banned from using the chat feature. I didn’t do anything wrong—just had a normal conversation—and now I’m completely locked out of the chat system.

I can still log into the game and play levels, but I have no way to communicate with anyone because the ban is tied to my device. This is incredibly unfair. I’ve spent a lot of time and effort on this game, and it feels like it’s all being ignored.

I’m asking the Royal Match support team to lift this device ban and restore my chat access. I have done nothing to deserve this punishment. Please review my case and help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.
