Rossmann Store Fails to Exchange Perfume




I was looking to purchase a fragrance for my mother as a gift for Mother's Day from the Rossmann store located in Izmir/Narlıdere. Regrettably, I mistakenly bought the One Million perfume for men due to the absence of gender labels. After realizing our mistake, we quickly headed back to the store within 20 minutes to exchange it for Lady Million, the women's version. We even offered to pay the price difference. Unfortunately, our request was denied. After reaching out to customer service, we were advised to send an email with the receipt attached. Even though we've sent the email, we still haven't received a response. Right now, we're facing a bit of a predicament with an unopened men's fragrance that was originally intended as a present for my mother. I would appreciate a timely response to address this matter.
