Dolce & Gabbana Perfume Mix-Up! Wrong Scent Received

I bought a perfume from the Dolce Gabbana store at Evkur Gaziosmanpaşa, but received a different fragrance than the one I ordered. Even though I opened the packaging because the boxes looked the same, the store won't let me exchange the item. They did not help me even though their staff made a mistake and tried to blame me instead. I find their customer service to be impolite, and I insist on either an exchange or refund for the substantial amount I spent. I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this issue.
