LCW Product Exchange and Return Issue
On October 6, 2025, my husband purchased a women’s jacket for me from the LCW Ümraniye store. I normally wear size XS, but the store employee gave my husband a size S. Without checking, he bought the item and brought it home. When I tried it on, I realized it was far too large, and upon checking the label, I saw it was indeed a size S. I have never used the product, and it did not have a tag when it arrived. Unfortunately, my husband also lost the receipt. I have been shopping at LCW for years, and my customer record exists in the system. I requested an exchange both in-store and through customer service, but I was told that exchanges are not possible without a tag or receipt. We paid ₺1,499 by credit card, and the purchase was made under the name Fatma T***. I believe the transaction can be verified through the store’s records. I have never used the item and only wish to exchange it for the correct size. As a long-time customer, I kindly request that my issue be resolved and the exchange be approved.
