On April 20, 2024, I purchased a perfume as a gift for my wife from the Avon Antares Mall store. Shortly after the purchase, I realized I wanted to exchange the perfume for another fragrance I also liked.

The perfume was unopened, and it had only been about an hour since the purchase. There was no evidence of tampering or use. However, the store staff refused to process either an exchange or a refund, claiming that they could not accept returns or exchanges once the product was sold.

Frustrated, I attempted to contact Avon customer service through their phone line, but I was unable to reach a representative.

I am now requesting a full refund for the unopened perfume. I have attached photos of the boxed perfume and the receipt for your reference.

Hello, first of all, your Regional Manager called me and said that I could go back to the store and make an exchange. However, when I went to your Avon store in Antares Mall, the store staff informed me that they were aware of the situation but would not make the exchange because the manager was not in the store, and that I should come back in 2-3 days. I had to insist and ask the store staff to call the manager in order to make the exchange. They only agreed to the exchange on the condition that the product I was exchanging was of the same price. I warn those who will shop at the Avon store in Antares Mall: They do not make exchanges or returns unless you complain, so think carefully before making a purchase.
