I sent my Roidmi Eve Plus to the service center two months ago due to a malfunction. When it was returned to me, it was covered in oil and dirt. Upon testing, the same issue occurred again. Customer service advised me to send it back with a detailed note about the problem and the condition in which it was returned. Yesterday, I received the product once more, and this time, there was spilled tea inside the unit! The service report stated, "No faults found," and no repairs were made. I tested the product again, and the fan is still malfunctioning.

I've never encountered such negligence. I can't believe my product, which is still under warranty, has been returned in a worse state. I will take this to court. How does tea end up inside my device? When the product first launched, customer service was attentive, but now it seems they no longer care. This is unacceptable, and my product is practically ruined despite being under warranty. This level of irresponsibility is outrageous.

"They called me the moment I wrote the complaint. Then they personally contacted the service that gave a negative response and solved my problem. Today, I gave the product to the service for repair. I will comment again once it is resolved without issues. Thank you."
