Beko Tea Maker Gives Low Water Error Although It's Full to the Top

Ever since I bought the Beko tea maker, it's been giving me constant "low water" errors intermittently. Sometimes it brews the tea too early before the brewing time, then tries to brew it again. I make a cup of tea, leave the kitchen, and return 10 minutes later to find all the water gone and the entire kitchen cabinets humid. So, there are multiple issues here. I've taken it to the Tekirdağ Çerkezköy service center 3 or 4 times. The first time, they said nothing was wrong and sent it back. The second and third times, they said the problem wasn't there. The fourth time, they replaced the main board, but I still faced the same issue when I got home. I've had numerous phone calls with their headquarters about this problem. They keep telling me to take it back to the service center. Finally, in a rather rude manner, they suggested taking it to the consumer rights board. I own many Beko products, but I swear, this tea maker has made me despise them. Recently, I took it to the Rami service center in Istanbul, and they said there was a problem with the kettle part and replaced it. I brought it home, and the result is still the same—same problems persisting. I've insisted on a replacement many times, but they keep giving me the runaround. I will never buy their products again. I'm emphasizing once more, I hope this is taken seriously and a replacement is made. Attached are videos. Everyone should see this.

I left the device at the service and left. Since that day, there has been no response and no one interested. They can use it as they please. What can I say, I'm fed up, they have no shame. Once again, I'm the one who felt ashamed...
