Fakir Ceremony Tea Maker Keep-Warm Function Not Working Under Warranty
About a month ago, I took my Fakir Ceremony tea maker to the authorized service center due to a malfunction covered under warranty. The device boils the water but fails to stay in the keep-warm mode; after a while, it shuts off and the water cools down. Although the indicator light remains on, the keep-warm function does not work. This issue did not occur during the first use but began repeating in later uses, regardless of operating conditions. I brought the product to the service center twice, and each time it was returned to me labeled as “repaired,” even though the issue persisted. When I brought it in for the third time, the service refused to accept it. Despite contacting Fakir customer service multiple times, I was redirected to the same service each time without receiving any proper solution. I have been left inconvenienced throughout this process, and the problem still continues. The product was purchased through Amazon for ₺1,738 under invoice number 3002023034344078 and is still under warranty. I request that my product be replaced to resolve these ongoing issues and prevent further inconvenience.
