Karaca Sold Me a Defective Çaysever Robot Pro 4 in 1 That Breaks Down Repeatedly
The Karaca Çaysever Robot Pro 4 in 1, which I bought for its design and practicality, has caused me endless frustration. I now long for my previous tea maker, which worked flawlessly for seven years. Before the warranty even expired, the product broke down for the third time, and I'm fed up with sending it to service and waiting for a month each time. How can you manufacture and sell such an expensive tea maker that breaks down three times in one year without even being used much? Did we buy it just to keep sending it to service? I’ve had enough of this faulty product. I want a refund and for the machine to be returned. I will escalate the issue to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
