Roborock Smart Vacuum Software Error

In November, I decided to buy a Roborock smart vacuum and thought it would be a good idea to get extra insurance just in case. Regrettably, a mere week after purchasing the device, it experienced a software error, necessitating a warranty claim. Surprisingly, when the device was returned, it was given back with a damaged protection mat, and there were claims that no repairs had been done. Despite our best efforts, it has been three months without any response or sign of a resolution. Does Roborock provide strong support for its products? I would like to request a replacement for a product that unfortunately exceeded its warranty period after only a week of use.

The rest of the device was perfectly fine—only that part was damaged. However, the service center claim...

94 I recently purchased a Roborock vacuum cleaner, only to have it suddenly break down before I could even use it for a year! No matter how many times we sent it in for repairs under the warranty, it would always come back still broken. We're still being charged for installments for a product we can't ...
It’s been just about a year since I purchased my Roborock H7 cordless vacuum, and now it has completely stopped working. Out of nowhere, it gave me a “Fan Error – Contact Customer Support” message on the screen. The device no longer operates at all. The biggest issue is that there’s no way to reach ...
