My Roborock S5 Max Won’t Connect to Wi-Fi at Home While Other Devices Work Fine

I’m having a major issue with my Roborock S5 Max robot vacuum—it refuses to connect to Wi-Fi at my mother’s house. When we tested it in another home, it had no trouble finding and connecting to the network. But at my mom’s, the robot doesn’t even detect the Wi-Fi signal, even though every other device in the house—TV, phone, laptop—connects flawlessly.

This makes no sense. If all other electronics can see and use the network, why can’t the Roborock? Is there a specific internet speed or router setting the vacuum requires? I’m willing to make adjustments, but I need guidance on what needs to change.

Please provide clear support on how to fix the connectivity issue. I expect a product like this to work consistently in any standard home network environment, and right now, it's completely unusable.
