My Roborock S8 Doesn’t Fill the Dustbin Properly—Debris Spills Around the Container

First of all, Roborock is a brand we genuinely enjoy using and regularly recommend to everyone who visits our home.
There has been a serious decline in the carpet cleaning performance of the product. At first, I assumed the issue was caused by worn cleaning rollers, so I replaced the brushes myself, even before being told to do so, but the problem did not improve. The vacuum no longer cleans carpets at the same level as it did when it was new, and this issue persists even at maximum suction power.
While the device is moving across the floor, it sometimes makes a sound as if it is running without lubrication. We have not been able to identify the cause. This noise has been present since day one. It is not constant, but it occurs intermittently. I am not sure whether the wheels or motors are under strain, but the noise is clearly noticeable.
We have a cat at home, and the main reason we chose the AI-powered model was its ability to recognize cat vomit and feces and avoid spreading them across the house if they were on the carpet or floor. This feature once saved us from a major problem, but after a recent software update, it seems as though this function has been disabled. The device failed to recognize vomit, and thankfully I was home and stopped the robot just in time before it ran over it. This feature no longer works, and it feels like we paid the price difference for nothing.
The device sometimes has difficulty finding the charging dock and circles around it one or two times before docking.
Related to this, the device also loses its sense of direction at times. For example, it may enter an area marked in red on the map even though it should not. When I check the map, the device appears to be in a completely unrelated location.
The product misidentifies carpets and furniture almost every time.
These are the issues we have experienced so far without sending the device to service. Our urgent problems, however, are as follows:
The mop attachment did not fit properly, and upon inspecting it carefully, I realized that it was broken.
The ring where the gray brush attaches is broken, and there is a significant buildup of dust in that area. This accumulated dust is putting strain on the motor.
Previously, the device could clean the entire house on a single charge. Now, it returns to the charging dock after cleaning only 2 to 2.5 rooms, recharges, and then continues. It is no longer able to finish cleaning the entire home in one cycle, even though it used to do so without any issue.

I purchased the Roborock Q Revo S robot vacuum just 3 to 4 months ago, expecting a top-tier cleaning experience. Unfortunately, it has already started giving me serious problems. While vacuuming and mopping, it consistently leaves a trail of dirt behind. No matter what I try, the issue doesn’t go aw...
Since the day I purchased my Roborock S7 Max v robot vacuum, I have been dealing with persistent issues related to mapping and navigation. Throughout cleaning, the device sweeps the same area several times, focusing for approximately thirty minutes on a small, designated area. Unless I crank up the ...

I purchased the Roborock S7 Max Ultra from Teknosa in January. For the first month, it worked impressively well. But now, just a short time later, the performance has dropped by at least 50%. I live in a home with all tile floors, and during mopping, the robot leaves behind water streaks and visible...
