I purchased the Roborock Q Revo S robot vacuum just 3 to 4 months ago, expecting a top-tier cleaning experience. Unfortunately, it has already started giving me serious problems. While vacuuming and mopping, it consistently leaves a trail of dirt behind. No matter what I try, the issue doesn’t go away. I’ve emptied the dustbin, cleaned the sensors thoroughly, and made sure everything was set up correctly—but none of it helps. For a product that costs this much and is supposed to be smart and efficient, this kind of malfunction so early on is unacceptable. I shouldn’t have to troubleshoot a brand-new robot vacuum just to get basic cleaning done. Roborock needs to take accountability and either repair or replace this faulty unit immediately. I’m incredibly disappointed and would not recommend this model unless they resolve the issue quickly.
