My Roborock S7 Max Ultra Lost Performance and Leaves Smells and Streaks While Mopping

I purchased the Roborock S7 Max Ultra from Teknosa in January. For the first month, it worked impressively well. But now, just a short time later, the performance has dropped by at least 50%. I live in a home with all tile floors, and during mopping, the robot leaves behind water streaks and visible residue. When I touch the floor after it’s done, there’s still dust—it’s like it hasn’t cleaned at all.
Even worse, the floor is left with an unpleasant, damp cloth smell after each use. And no, this isn’t about poor maintenance—I empty and refill the water tanks daily, wash the mop cloth once a week, and clean the filters regularly.
Despite all that, the machine just doesn’t clean properly anymore. I called the authorized service, and their response was insulting—they told me to "just wash the cloth again" and basically brushed me off. No solution, no interest, no responsibility.
I did not receive any response. I sent the product for warranty and it was sent back without any action taken, with a ridiculous reply like 'the drying process takes time.' I paid 50,000 TL for the product thinking it was a good, well-known brand and that we would have someone to address our issues, but there is absolutely no support. I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. If anyone is considering buying it, I definitely do not recommend it.
