Roborock Q8 Max Still Leaks After Two Repairs and They Want Me to Pay for the Tank

I’ve had the Roborock Q8 Max for less than a year, and I’ve already had to send it in for warranty repair twice. From day one, the water tank was cracked and leaking—but instead of acknowledging this clear defect, Roborock’s service team made excuses and demanded that I pay for a replacement tank myself.

They claimed the product was repaired, but when it was returned, it was in the exact same condition—still leaking. It feels like they’re mocking customers by pretending repairs were completed when nothing has been fixed.

I bought this product thinking Roborock was a premium, reliable brand. Clearly, I was wrong. I'm done wasting time and energy. I will now take the vacuum and all service records to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and demand justice. I expect Roborock to take responsibility and stop putting the blame on the customer for a manufacturing defect.
