On December 27, 2025, I purchased an annual Investing Pro subscription through Investing.com and paid $116 using a Yapı Kredi Bank credit card registered in my daughter’s name. After starting to use the subscription, I realized that the platform did not meet my expectations in terms of performance and structure, so I decided to cancel the Pro membership on December 29, 2025.
First, I tried to cancel through the Google Play Store, but no active subscription appeared there, so I was unable to proceed. I then canceled my subscription directly through the Investing.com website, and I received an email confirming that my membership had been canceled. However, this email contained no information about a refund for the amount I had paid.
I submitted multiple refund requests both through the website and via email. For a long time, I received no clear information. Later, I received an email stating that the refund had been processed. However, as of January 2, 2026, no refund has been credited to our Yapı Kredi credit card.
Even though I canceled my subscription shortly after purchasing it, I am still waiting for the $116 I paid to be actually refunded to the card. I am requesting clear and transparent information about the refund process. I am filing this complaint because, despite my membership cancellation being accepted, the refund remains uncertain and no actual repayment has been received.
