Roborock Q8 Max Mapping Error Makes Vacuum Spin and Not Clean
On November 29, I purchased a Roborock Q8 Max robot vacuum through Hepsiburada, with Hepsiburada listed as the seller, and I paid approximately $322 for the product. For about the first 15 days, there were no issues. However, on December 14, the device completely stopped vacuuming according to the map. Even though it has cleaned my home no more than five times, it now barely vacuums at all, spins in circles at a specific spot for minutes at a time, and fails to clean the house.
After experiencing this issue, I submitted a repair request through Hepsiburada, but my request was rejected. It is not acceptable for a product to develop such a malfunction less than one month after purchase. When buying a brand-new product, I expect trouble-free use, not repairs, yet I am currently unable to get any proper performance from the device.
For this reason, I request a product replacement instead of a repair for my Roborock Q8 Max. I want my grievance to be resolved promptly and for my device to be replaced with a fully functional, problem-free unit as soon as possible.
