On February 1, 2026, an automatic renewal charge of $237 was made to my credit card for my Investing Pro subscription on Investing.com, without my knowledge or approval. Since I was completely unaware of this transaction, I only discovered it on June 1, 2026, when I reviewed my credit card statement.
Last year, I had a one-year Investing Pro subscription, but I was not informed that it would be renewed automatically at the end of the term, and I did not give any consent for this renewal. The credit card used for the transaction is registered in my own name.
After noticing the charge, I contacted both my bank and Investing.com customer support, but so far I have not received any clear response. Because this transaction was carried out without my knowledge or permission, I am requesting a full refund of the $237 charged to my credit card and that my subscription be terminated without any further automatic renewals.
