Due to the automatic annual renewal of my Investing Pro subscription on Investing.com, $94 was charged to my credit card on January 9, 2026. Even though I did not give any approval and had no intention of renewing the subscription, I find it unacceptable that this amount was automatically charged to my card.
After using the Pro membership for some time, I realized that the service did not meet my expectations, and I did not want to continue. The subscription originally started in January 2025, and since it is an annual plan, the fact that the charge was made without any additional confirmation before the renewal date caused me serious distress. Especially since this charge was taken during a time when this amount was essentially my last available money, withdrawing it from my card without clear and explicit consent put me in a difficult financial situation.
Because Investing does not provide any effective or direct communication channel, I am unable to resolve this issue on my own. The charge appears on my credit card statement under Investing.com, but I cannot find a fast or direct support channel regarding the subscription. For this reason, I am requesting that this unwanted and unapproved Investing Pro subscription be canceled and that the full $94 charged to my credit card be refunded to me under my membership details (M** A***).
