On December 26, 2025, I purchased a Roborock Q Revo robot vacuum from the Vatan Computer Kastamonu branch. I have been using the product since the first day, but it does not clean carpets properly at all, and it fails to vacuum tile floors as well. It does not deliver the cleaning performance I expected in any way.
I am disappointed that a brand-new product performs so poorly from day one. I have not yet contacted Vatan Computer or the service center; I wanted to make my voice heard on this platform first.
If the product cannot operate at the performance level it promises, I am requesting that it either be returned or that a solution be provided to ensure satisfactory cleaning performance.
