My Roborock Q8 Max Pro Keeps Spinning and Can’t Find Its Charging Dock

I’ve been experiencing a frustrating issue with my Roborock Q8 Max Pro (Model: Vacuum SS09, Serial No: RCCVBY51300109, Firmware Version: 03.09.15). The robot vacuum continuously spins in place and fails to locate its charging station. The only temporary fix is to completely reset the setup—only then does it briefly detect the dock, but the problem returns soon after.
This isn’t how a premium robot vacuum should perform. I've already reported the issue to Roborock support, but I haven’t received any response so far. For a product in this price range, I expected both better functionality and faster support.
I’m asking Roborock to urgently respond and provide a permanent solution or replacement if necessary. I shouldn’t have to reset my vacuum every time just to make it do the most basic task—return to its charging dock.
