Roborock Left Me Stuck With a Faulty QRevo MaxV Vacuum
I purchased the Roborock QRevo MaxV Smart Vacuum on 07.04.2025 and used it no more than twice. Even during the first use, it didn’t vacuum well or provide strong suction, but I didn’t pay much attention since it was a robot vacuum. Yesterday, I needed to use it again. I had already vacuumed the area with my regular vacuum but didn’t have time to mop, so I wanted the robot to handle that. However, once it left the charging station, it just kept spinning in place. When I canceled the task and asked it to return to the dock, it couldn’t find the charging station. I selected the mopping function again, but it repeated the same behavior and still couldn’t return. I deleted the map and tried to remap, but it couldn’t complete the mapping and just spun in circles again. I wish I had checked reviews on complaint platforms before purchasing—if I had seen those comments, I would never have spent so much on this brand. It’s unbelievable that the robot broke down just sitting idle for two months. I want to return the product.
