I took my Roborock Q7 robot vacuum to the authorized service center, Bestech. Once the product was fixed, it was given back to me in a rather grimy state. The filters were clogged with dust, the air intake area was completely covered in dust, and the wheels and dustbin were in a poor condition. I can hardly fathom the state of the internal circuits. I have concerns about the possibility of a malfunction being attributed to user error if it is caused by dust. Even though I was assured of a response when I reached out to the authorities, they have failed to follow up. I think they're dragging their feet and haven't lived up to my standards when it comes to service, attention, and quality. I captured images and recorded videos of the state of the item immediately after unpacking it. These files are included for your reference.
