Defective Roborock Q7 Max Robot Broke Down In Two Days, Can't Be Repaired

June 3, 2023 9:23 PM163

The Roborock Q7 Max robot I just bought quit functioning after only two days. It took the service facility 20 days to fix it, which added insult to injury. The robot was returned to me, but it still wasn't doing its primary cleaning job. The seller and Roborock both said they wouldn't take the defective item back or replace it. It's really frustrating that not only has the robot not arrived at my house after a month, but that there have already been two problems with it. I have searched far and low for someone or some group that will listen to my problems, but to no avail. The seller's and Roborock's lack of responsiveness is intolerable. Do not buy from this company if you value good customer service; they provide none. So far, the company's only answer has been to tell me to wait out the remainder of my service commitment. This can never be tolerated.
