Revolution Setting Spray Fails Expectations After Employee Recommendation

On June 18, 2025, around 6:50 PM, I purchased a makeup setting product from the brand Revolution at the Gratis Velux store in Ankara, based on a recommendation from a store employee. However, I was extremely disappointed. I didn’t expect a product to be this ineffective and poor in performance.
It was recommended to me as a good and reliable product, but in reality, it has almost no effect at all. I find it unacceptable that a product could be this ineffective, especially after being recommended by store staff. I am requesting a resolution regarding this issue.
