Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base Caused Severe Breakouts After Purchase

In April 2025, I purchased the Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base from the Zorlu store, paying around 4,400 TL. Unfortunately, my experience with this product has been extremely disappointing and damaging to my skin.

Every time I use the primer, I immediately start to develop pimples and breakouts. When I stop using it, my skin clears up. To be sure, I tested it multiple times by taking 2–3 week breaks and trying again, but the results were always the same—new breakouts appeared each time. Now, after repeated use, I have been left with large, red pimples on my face.

I have completely stopped using the product, but the situation has caused both financial loss and physical distress. Spending such a high amount on a luxury cosmetic item, only to experience severe skin reactions, is truly disappointing.

I request that Bobbi Brown take responsibility, offer a proper solution, and process a refund for this purchase. I also expect the brand to ensure stronger dermatological safety checks so other customers do not go through similar problems.
