I Face Dry Essence Mascara From Rossmann Store
On June 16, 2025, I purchased an Essence mascara from the Rossmann store in Karşıyaka. To my disappointment, when I opened it for the very first time, the mascara was already completely dry. This was my first time trying a product from Essence. I had hesitated in the past but finally decided to give it a chance, hoping I might like it. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be a complete disappointment.
The product was unusable right out of the package, leaving me frustrated and regretful about my purchase. After doing some research to see if others had experienced the same problem, I was surprised to find that many other customers have also complained about dry Essence mascaras.
This is very upsetting, and it has made me lose trust in the brand. I will not take the risk of buying from Essence again after such a poor first impression. I request that my grievance be taken seriously and that defective products like this be properly addressed so customers are not left disappointed.
