Sephora Sold Me the Wrong Benefit Product, Demanding Refund

I visited the Sephora Mall of store and asked a staff member for an under-eye concealer. She immediately recommended and praised a Benefit product, convincing me to purchase it. The product cost ₺1,500, but when I got home and opened it, I realized it was actually a makeup primer—not an under-eye concealer. This is completely unacceptable. If I had known the product better myself, I wouldn’t have needed assistance. Sephora’s staff clearly misled me, and I feel cheated out of my money. I demand a full refund for this incorrect recommendation. Proper product knowledge and better guidance are essential. Sephora needs to take responsibility and resolve this issue immediately!
