104"Hello, I received a call from the Renault General Directorate on the same day, and they kindly tried to help. Two days later, I received a call in the late afternoon from the Ankara Akbak service, informing me that this part needed to be ordered from abroad and that I would be called for a service appointment. The next day, I was called and given a fault detection appointment for 05/06/2024. This process is supposed to be paid, but since I was called by the General Directorate, there will be no charge for the fault detection. However, I don't have a problem with fault detection; my vehicle is not malfunctioning. A part on the roof of the vehicle is cracked; it's clear that the defective part is either related to production or a material issue. There are many people online who are also affected by this. They said that this part is very hard to find, but how can it be hard to find when this vehicle is still in production? It's already clear that it's a defective material. They are giving me the runaround. The service and customer service are unresponsive, and the time they give is already a long time just to inspect and report to the General Directorate. This kind of service does not suit this brand. I don't know what to do or what to say, and I don't think I deserve this treatment. Is this part not being produced? Is this only happening to me? Why are there such complaints on the internet and complaint sites? It means there is a production error. My grievance regarding this issue is still ongoing. Sincerely..."
