Disturbing Windshield Peeling Issue on my 2015 Renault Megane 3

I purchased a 2018 Renault Megane 4 Icon 1.5 dCi, and I’ve noticed that the rubber edges of the plastic parts near the front windshield corners have deteriorated and started to crumble. I’ve compared this with similar parts on vehicles from other brands, even ones 15-20 years old, and they don’t show such wear. This level of damage on a 6-year-old vehicle is unacceptable.
I also inspected several other Renault Megane 4 models and found the same issue on those vehicles, confirming this is likely a manufacturing defect. These rubber components seem essential for protecting the windshield area from water damage, and I don’t want this problem to cause further issues for my car in the future.
I request Renault to replace these prematurely worn parts at no cost. A brand like Renault should ensure better quality and durability in its products. Please address this issue promptly.
