My Renault Megane 4 Touch Irritating Rides and Ignored Complaints
While driving in my 2017 Renault Megane 4 Touch, I hear a lot of squeaking from the driver's seat. It's very inconvenient, and to make matters worse, water leaks inside through the rear two windows when it rains. Despite the fact that the vehicle is still under warranty, no one seems to care at the authorized service center. I contacted Renault Mais headquarters, the customer service department, and several other channels, but no one responded. I was considering purchasing another vehicle of the same model because my family has been loyal Renault customers, but my opinion has changed. Renault should pay closer attention to customer complaints and requests and respond quickly. It is critical that they address these issues as soon as possible and ensure customer satisfaction.
