About a week after I posted my complaint, I received a call from Renault headquarters, and they said they would direct me to the relevant service center. About a month later, Gaziemir Ermat service invited me to the service center, saw the vehicle, and the next day I was called by the headquarters. They informed me that the issue would be resolved for a very nominal fee despite the vehicle not being under warranty, and they told me to wait for the service center to call me. I would like to thank the Renault officials for their attention.

I own a Renault Megane 3 from 2015, and the front windshield in my vehicle is causing me some concern. The glass is flaking off in a peeling pattern, giving the vehicle an unappealing appearance and raising concerns about water leaking inside the vehicle. When I touch it, the plastic component's individual pieces fall off. This is a major letdown and should not be associated with the Renault brand at all. This is a problem I've never encountered before, and it's extremely upsetting. It is abundantly clear that the cause of this problem is not due to user error; therefore, I request that a free solution be made available. I strongly advise Renault Mais to address and resolve my issue as soon as possible.
