Remington Hair Straightener Broke After Warranty Expired
My Remington hair straightener broke, and since the warranty has expired, they asked for 400 ₺ for the repair. I contacted the authorized service in Çankaya Albarak Remington, they did the repair on Friday, but when my wife came home, it turned out that they broke the power button and now it doesn't work. On Monday, she took it back again, and again they said they fixed it, but the problem remained the same. I called customer support, and they said that if the warranty has expired, they did it on their own initiative. The service said they have a warranty for repairs for 6 months. Now I have a second visit in a week – it's a waste of time, money on the road, and 400 ₺ for the repair of a malfunctioning device. Waiting for feedback.
There has been no progress; they haven't even contacted me, and the service damaged the intact part of my product. We brought it in maybe 3-4 times over 15 days, and it still wasn't fixed, so we took it back. They also caused damage to another part of my product. The product is still in service, and because I complained, they probably don't care and still haven't fixed it after all this time. When we ask when it will be done, they always say next week, next week. How can a product not be repaired for such a long time?
