Consumer's Right to Choose Repair Service Denied

I called customer service today to send my Fakir brand Stone hsa 4048 model vacuum cleaner for repair, but I had already taken it to a service center called Prestij Elektronik in Eskişehir and had a lot of problems. Everyone has problems with that service center. It already has a 2. Everyone is complaining about it. I told customer service that I want them to redirect me to a service center in Istanbul or Ankara instead of that one. They created a request. Later, at 5:48 PM today, a representative named Z*** called me: She said that their department doesn't offer such a service and that since there's a service center in my city, I have to send it there. I told her to create a complaint, but she didn't. She said they don't offer such a service. As a consumer, I have the right to choose, and consumers have the right to be sent to the service of their choice. They convince us to buy these products by being charming, but after selling the product, they cause all kinds of harm to the customer. Their legal rights cannot be obstructed in any way. This is not a banana republic; I have the right to be sent to the service of my choice. The service here is irresponsible. The last time I sent it to the service, I waited one month. In fact, it has been one and a half months. Normally, it should be sent within 20 business days, but it has been over a month, and the service is still unreachable. The service is irresponsible. I have also looked into other companies like Arzum, but despite my repeated complaints, the service has not intervened or issued any warnings. Customer service is inadequate. They are also irresponsible, following a rigid procedure without considering the circumstances. You cannot change the rules of the Republic of Turkey Republic. If necessary, I will file a lawsuit, but I want to send it to another service. This is to be notified to the relevant units. If I need to go to the Consumer Arbitration Board, , I will present this in court as you have deprived me of my discretionary rights and I will assert all my rights. I have been experiencing issues with the products I purchased from Fakir since the day I bought them. I am never satisfied. Customer satisfaction is zero, and the level of dissatisfaction is at its peak. According to Articles 4 and 13 of the Consumer Rights Law: "The consumer may request that the repair be carried out by another technical service if the service is defective or inadequate."

Still, no one has called. You say you will call from here, but no one ever does. The product is just sitting there, we are at a loss, we paid for a product we can't use, defective product, defective service, no one is helping. Never again will I buy Fakir, I wouldn't even take it for free.

"I cannot understand what kind of resolution process has been initiated. We couldn't use the product because it wasn't charging, and despite the product being defective, the Fakir customer representative called and said that because the product is a small household appliance, you need to take it to the service center yourself. For the prestige of a world-renowned brand, the size of the product should not matter. A special technical team should be sent to collect the product, examine it to resolve the issue, and if necessary, provide a promotional gift to satisfy the customer and ensure their trust, and replace the product with a new one. You cannot ensure customer satisfaction and brand trust this way. It was not befitting for a corporate brand like Fakir."
