ReelShort VIP Subscription Charge: Cancel Autopay & Refund

I am writing to report unauthorized VIP subscription charges related to the Reel Short / ReelShortW service being debited from my credit card without my consent. On 04/09 the first charge for this VIP subscription appeared on my card, even though I never requested or authorized this purchase. On 09/09 a new weekly charge was made again, for a high amount, and I am very concerned that these debits will keep repeating. I also cannot access the supposed VIP guest account to cancel anything, which leaves me without any control over this subscription. I contacted Nubank about these charges, but they did not provide a solution or cancel the debits. I also tried several times to contact Reel Short / ReelShortW support through different ways, but I did not get any result or clear guidance on how to cancel the subscription and stop the charges. I request the immediate cancellation of this VIP subscription, the blocking of any future charges to my card related to Reel Short / ReelShortW and a full refund of all amounts improperly charged since 04/09. I also ask for written confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled and that no new debits will be made.
