Can't Cancel My ReelShort Subscription But Still Being Charged, Even Deleted App

I purchased a ReelShort in-app VIP subscription on 17 August and since then my card has been charged repeatedly, even though I am unable to cancel the subscription. After the initial purchase, I noticed three additional charges of 32.99 AUD each on 23 August, 30 August and 6 September for ReelShort VIP. The subscription does not appear under my phone’s subscription settings, so I cannot cancel it via App Store/Google Play, and there was no option inside the ReelShort app that worked for cancelling either. Because of this, I deleted both my ReelShort account and the app itself, but the recurring charges have continued. I tried to contact ReelShort support about these unauthorized recurring payments but have never received any response. My bank suggested cancelling my card, but at the moment I cannot afford to be without my card or wait for a new one to be issued. I request that all VIP charges made after the initial purchase on 17 August be fully refunded and that my VIP subscription and any associated automatic payments be cancelled immediately so that no further charges are made to my card.
