ReelShort Keeps Charging $12.99 Weekly for a Subscription I Cannot Cancel

I have been repeatedly charged for a Reelshort subscription that I cannot locate or cancel, even though the payments are being taken directly from my bank card on their website. The charges appear on my card as “ReelShortW-1254277311” and are taken weekly, each time for 12.99 USD. These unwanted payments have been occurring roughly since around July or August 2026. I do not have access to any Reelshort account or subscription settings that would allow me to manage or cancel this subscription, and I cannot find any way to stop these charges from their side. Despite this, Reelshort continues to bill my card every week. I request that my Reelshort subscription connected to these payments be immediately cancelled and that all weekly charges that have been taken without my clear consent or without allowing me to manage the subscription be fully refunded to my card.
