ReelShort Weekly Charges For Expired Subscription

I have been repeatedly charged for a ReelShort weekly subscription even though I do not have any active subscription. Since around 7 August 2026, I have been charged 24.99 USD every week under the description “ReelShortW”, and the last payment was taken yesterday. However, when I check both my Apple subscriptions and my Google subscriptions, there is no active ReelShort subscription visible, so I have no way to manage or cancel it from my side. This is the second time this issue has happened to me. I contacted ReelShort support previously but received no response. I also checked my Apple and Google accounts carefully and still cannot find any active subscription related to these charges. I request that you immediately identify and cancel this hidden or misconfigured ReelShort weekly subscription linked to my payment method, and refund all unjustified charges taken since 7 August 2026. I also ask for written confirmation that no further payments will be taken without a visible, controllable subscription in my account.
